12 months guarantee on new boiler and heating installations
When we install a new boiler and/or heating system, we cover that with 12 months workmanship guarantee, in addition to the Manufacturer’s Warranty on the equipment itself.
During the next 12 months after we complete the work, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that if any problems arise as a result of our workmanship, you can give us a call and we will set the issue straight without charge. Materials and parts are usually covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee or warranty.
10 year guarantee on new boilers installations
As accredited installers for most of the major boiler brands, we are able to offer you the Manufacturer’s Extended Warranty, which lasts for up to 10 years depending on the manufacturer.
3 months guarantee on our work
When we carry out any repair or item replacement on your plumbing or heating, we guarantee our workmanship for 3 months. Materials and parts are usually covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee or warranty.
If there is an issue with our workmanship, we will return to your property and fix the issue without charge.
This applies to all jobs that we do, unless it is discussed with you upfront (see non-guaranteed work below).
Non-guaranteed work
We always endeavor to provide a guaranteed solution. If you ask us to go ahead and carry out work that is not guaranteed, then we will record this on our job sheet and unfortunately, in such cases our guarantee does not apply.
We will never carry out any repair, or leave any piece of equipment in service, if we do not consider it to be safe.
